Special Events

  • VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!  If you have a background in English – writing, editing, or oral presentation – you can help our local seminarians.  Check out the details here!
  • Lectors and EMHCs! 
    • The Schedule for the period November 30 – March 23 is in place.  See your email for details on your assignments.  The NEW Schedule for Easter will be put together at mid-March.  Look for a message from servistraph@gmail.com about your preferences.
  • Our social outreach ministry, SAMARITANS ALWAYS CARE (SAC)is collecting:
    • Food for the Soup Kitchen at Our Lady of the Valley:  Please place your items for those in need in the labeled boxes in the vestibule.
    • Winter Boots and Sock Collection begins December 14.  Boots and socks for men are especially needed, but all donations will be gratefully accepted by the Franciscan Friary in Newark!
    • Baby Diapers are needed for St. Margaret’s in Morristown.  There is a special shortage in sizes 3 through 6!
    • If you would like to take a more active part in helping with the SAC projects, please contact the parish office and you will be put in contact with a committee member.

We Are Living Stones Capital Campaign

  • We are still working on our 4-year campaign to support the efforts of the Archdiocese support of our priests, our seminarians, our Catholic schools!!  This is the final year of  the campaign which will wrap up by the end of June.  We have already received funds for our parish amounting to $37,464.03.  We can receive almost $50,000 if all pledges are met.
